Somewhere between Blacklight Bazaar and the Upper Echelon of the sky palace exists a sector of the city where life appears lavish but the facade doesn't escape the grit of reality. Neon lights blare their advertisements, trying to conceal a collapsing society but no matter how many adornments are used to mask truth, in the Cyberpunk Plaza, the truth will rear its ugly head. It's up to the party to investigate and get to the bottom of the corruption that runs deep in this town.

• Fitness Center

  • Lifestyle Gym - On the surface, this gym is what you'd expect from a muscle pumping, lifestyle changing business. The more and more time members invest there, the more and more the staff push them toward their other offerings...

  • Illicit Cyberware Suite - Under the gym is an illegal augmentation surgery shop, where for the right price, muscles, brains, and other features are pushed beyond human limits and into fantasy.

• Allen's Surf and Turf Restaurant

  • High-end Dining - On the surface this restaurant offers high-quality dining, offering unmatched quality for the price. Its popularity is only preceded by its reputation.

  • Mob Boss Suite - This reputation is spoken in hush tones as everyone knows that the syndicate runs this block. Illicit money funnels its way into this business and is laundered into other fronts run by the syndicate ring. Maybe to the Blacklight Bazaar, the Docks, and maybe even all the way down to the bottoms of the Dankcreek Slums.

• Convenience Store - This store is what you'd expect from a typical convenience place. It has all the essentials you need and would make the perfect setting for a violent standoff with a gang looking to hold-up the joint or overhear a questionable deal being made.

• Loft Apartments - These surprisingly nice apartments are nestled in the heart of the Plaza. These make great rooms to post up in to run a sting or other investigations. The walls here can also be thin enough to eavesdrop with the proper tools and know-how if the target of investigation happens to live in the adjacent apartment.
